madParrot.com provides merchants listed in its directories with the possibility to advertise for FREE their "products bargains" or "special offers". FREE listing in the reserved slots of madParrot.com directories pages, is reserved to promotions that feature end products. madParrot.com will not display for FREE banner advertising that link to sites homepages. Merchants must submit their products "special offers" according to the specifications below.

- "Special offers" submission

madParrot.com provides merchants listed in its directories with access to their e-shop administration page. Merchants receive login and password to access an area where they can add/edit relevant information about their site (description, language, currency, deliveries, payments, SSL etc.). In this area merchants can also submit product promotions according to the technical specifications hereafter:

• Short Text (maximum 80 characters)
• Long Text (maximum 250 characters)
• Full URL path of the page providing more information about the promotion.
• Full URL path for a product image (.gif format - width 120 pixels / height 60 pixels - max 5Kb) which must reside in the merchant's site (e.g. http://www.merchantdomain.com/images/promo.gif)
• Indication of the offer starting date and offer expiring date

- Reserved space for FREE advertising

For its FREE advertising scheme madParrot.com reserves "slots" that consist of 145 pixels width and 95 pixels height rectangles positioned in the right side frame of each page. Slots may include text and images.
madParrot.com offers 2 FREE advertising "slots" on the main homepage and 3 FREE advertising "slots" on each category / subcategory page of its directories. Merchants "special offers" are displayed in each merchant individual shop profile as long as the offer is still valid and has been approved by madParrot.com.
Merchants' "product bargains" are only displayed in the madParrot.com category or subcategory page (right frame) where their e-shop is listed.
